Frequently Asked Questions about Subquery Project Assistant

1

What is this Telegram bot for? What purpose does it serve?

The long-standing problem in indexing is the lack of connection between project owners and the people who actually maintain their code, index it, and provide data for use.

When operators have problems, there's no connection to the developer to get support or report bugs. The same applies to project owners and developers - it's impossible to attract operators because operators simply don't know about the project, or want to learn details about the project, but there's no connection.

This bot allows communication between developers and project owners with complete spam protection and no need to read all operator correspondence. Only messages that concern the project owner will be forwarded to you, and through the bot you can also respond to node operators' questions.

I have multiple projects, it's inconvenient to receive all messages in one chat. What can I do?

For this purpose, you can create your own group, name it as you prefer, and add our bot @subquery_project_assistant_bot to it.

Enter the command /start and the bot will guide you through what you need to do next. After full confirmation of project rights, you will start receiving questions in this group and can work comfortably.

3

I have a team, I can't answer questions myself. What can I do?

For this purpose, you can create your own group, name it as you prefer, and add our bot @subquery_project_assistant_bot to it.

4

I created a new project, but I have no operators. What can I do to attract operators?

In our bot, after project verification, you can use the "Write Message to All Operators" button. This function will help you send notifications about your project to node operators.

Make sure that the project you're promoting has sufficient Boost added. The more boost - the more operators you can attract.

5

I received a verification link, why does it require a wallet?

We use wallet signature verification to guarantee that you are the actual project owner and prevent the possibility of fraud.

We ask you to sign a simple text message to ensure that the wallet you verified with matches the wallet you created the project with.
